Responsive Maintenance & Repairs


The Responsive Maintenance and Repairs Division within C&M Building Services carries out Planned and Reactive Maintenance and Repairs for a number of Housing Associations, Social Housing providers, private landlords and ALMOs.


For many community projects we work within a PFI system whereby the public and private sector work together to regenerate neighborhood environments. C&M Building Services work with many social housing providers to maintain shared facilities such as pathways, gardens, fountains, fencing, railings and brickwork on long-term maintenance contracts to ensure consistently high standards of living within the community.
