We are a leading provider for adaptation installations within the UK
C&M Building Services are adaptations specialists. We specialise in the supply, installation maintenance and replacement of adaptations for people with physical and visual impairment. We have over 30 years’ experience in partnering with local authorities and social housing clients in and around London and the South East of England.
We provide all of our clients with trained and qualified staff, familiar with working to KPI’s and with specific job experience. We ensure our operatives meet time, quality and budget targets, and guaranttee delivery of quality and customer satisfaction.
In addition to rigourous health and safety requirements, we implement measures to ensure that our customers remain safe in their homes. Responding to the vulnerable status of many of our customers, we have introduced a company Safeguarding Policy and all of our operatives undergo enhanced DBS checks prior to commencement of employment.

OUR HISTORY
What started as a small business set up by Christopher Mouzouris back in 1988 quickly started to find it's feet by carrying small repair works for local residents. A chance encounter with an employee of a disabled housing charity started what became a long standing relationship as an approved contractor tasked with carrying out repairs & maintenance to numerous properties in North London. In 2000 Christopher's son Mark joined the company and expanded the teams size. Mark is now the director of C&M Building Services and runs the company from the potters Bar office in Hertfordshire. Although based in Hertfordshire C&M Building Services covers all of the inner London area along with areas outside of the M25. We currently carryout works for multiple housing associations, charities, letting agents and private home owners.
